What is your cancellation policy?Same day cancellations or no shows for your scheduled therapy appointment, without notification 24 hours in advance, will require you to pay a $100 fee.

What insurance do you accept?Insurances accepted are based on the state you live in. Texas residents: Aetna, United Healthcare, Medicare. Georgia Residents: BCBS/Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, United Healthcare, Tricare

What is your confidentiality and privacy policy?The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission. Exceptions include: Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately. If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim. If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.

What payment method do you accept?Credit card is the only accepted forms of payment.

If my insurance is accepted, how can I use it to cover my therapy?Therapy is covered through insurance if your plan includes mental health benefits. It is your responsibility to verify benefits with your insurance company, as well as obtain information about any deductibles needed to be met before services can be rendered.

If my insurance is accepted how do I use it to pay for my individual session?Depending on your plan you may be responsible for paying an upfront cost through a co pay or co insurance.

How much do I pay for an individual session, if I do NOT have insurance?Flat fee-for-service is $145 per session. This is considered to be private pay or out-of-pocket. Initial intake evaluation is $175.

How long do the individual sessions last?50-60 minutes
