Join our six- week Caregiver Group! Embark on a transformative journey with our "What About Me?" designed to provide caregivers with a supportive community and essential tools for self-care. In these one-hour sessions held over six weeks, caregivers delve into crucial topics, including self-care, managing grief/loss, boundaries, and community support!
These group sessions are crafted to empower caregivers, providing a dedicated space for learning, sharing, and self-discovery. Join us at the Caregiver Corner as we navigate the intricate landscape of caregiving together, fostering resilience and compassion every step of the way.
By joining this group you will receive basic member access to our Caregiver Corner program and group discussion.
Course Curriculum

Identity: Who you are, what skills, strengths, and values you have that apply.

Boundaries: Learn what they are, importance of such, application (i.e. saying no, time mgmt)

Self-Care: How to learn the balance of taking care of self while taking care of others (i.e. activities).

Grief: education on the different types of loss experienced with caregiving.

Support & Resource development (2 parts): learn how to get what you need for your loved one, accessing community resources, learning how to utilize or create support system, develop care plan.
